Ti BETA C™ Grade 19 or Ti-3Al-8V-6Cr-4Mo-4Zr is a beta alloy capable of achieving a wide range of mechanical properties. The solution annealed condition of Grade 19 is extremely ductile and can be cold worked. To achieve high strength levels, cold working, solution treating, and aging or a combination of these processes can be employed. Grade 19 also demonstrates exceptional resistance to reducing acids and is commonly used for springs and fasteners in aircraft, wire in sporting goods and jewelry, and tubing in oil and gas wells.
Titanium Industries’ offers a wide range of products and services.
