Titanium Grade 12 0.8NI-0.3MO is a commercially pure wrought Titanium alloy. Grade 12 demonstrates excellent strength at high temperatures, excellent weldability, and crevice corrosion resistance. This material is similar to Titanium Grade 2 and Grade 3 with the addition of molybdenum and nickel, which offers enhanced corrosion resistance. Grade 12 can be hot or cold formed using press brake forming, hydropress forming, stretch forming or drop hammer method. This materials ability to be formed in a various of ways makes Grade 12 useful in numerous applications.
