Stainless Steel Custom 465 Round Bar | UNS# S46500 was designed for improved tensile strength, fracture toughness, and improved fabricability. This martensitic, age-hardenable stainless steel alloy also exhibits excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance and is often found in the medical industry, marine equipment, firearms, oil and gas, aerospace, and many other similar industries. General corrosion resistance is similar to type 304 and its strength is superior to Custom 455.
