Aluminum Alloy 2014 | UNS# A92014 is an aluminum based alloy typically used in the Aerospace industry. Because of this materials machinability and high hardness in certain tempers and being one of the strongest aluminum alloys, this metal can be seen in Aerospace structural applications. Other applications include military vehicles, certain weapon manufacturing, and other structural applications. Often found in coil, bar, wire, and forging products.
