Quality Control

Saw Cutting

Multiple plate and band saws located throughout Titanium Industries global network offer a variety of cut sizes made from flat mill products such as block, coil, sheet and plate and long products such as round, square or rectangular billet and bar.
Shearing

Titanium Industries has the capability to shear up to .75″ (19.05 mm) thick and 144″ (3657.6 mm) straight length.
Coil Slitting

Slitting is available in most gauges and widths of coil products.
Torch Cutting

Ability to cut 96″ (2438.4 mm) wide x 264″ (6705.6) long plate in basic shapes
Trepanning/Boring

Trepanning is available in many diameters and lengths depending upon specific customer requirements.
Water Jet Cutting

Multiple head water jet cutters provide near net shape products for reduced purchase cost. This also allows little or no additional machining.
Welding & Instruction

Welding instruction is available at our facilities or on site depending upon customer preference.
