T.I. PURCHASES THE ASSETS OF CUTTING TECHNIQUES, INC. (CTI)

July 19, 2017 – Titanium Industries, Inc. (T.I.) has purchased the assets of Cutting Techniques, Inc (CTI), a NJ based company specializing in precision waterjet cutting.  The assets of CTI will be relocated into T.I.’s Rockaway, NJ headquarters and will operate there on an ongoing basis.

Brett Paddock, President and CEO of T.I. stated, “CTI brings a strong loyal customer base and adds the capacity and expertise to support continued growth in this important aspect of our business.  CTI’s service focused culture along with their geographic proximity made this acquisition a great fit for T.I. and should have an immediate positive impact on our flat product precision cutting and near net shape service capabilities”.
