Trepanning/Boring

There are occasions when a Titanium Industries customer needs a tubular or pipe product that does not fall within the range of standard tube or pipe dimensions. In this situation, a trepanned product is a great solution to get customers exactly what they need.
Beginning with a solid product t, the material is trepanned or bored to the customers wall thickness specification. The trepanning process generates a "core" that is available to be returned back to the customer, or recalculated back into the price, reducing the cost of the tube/pipe.
There are a wide variety of size combinations, OD's and ID's, available via the trepanning/boring process.
The trepanning/boring option for a tubular/pipe product is an excellent solution to the problem of nonstandard dimensions that Titanium Industries is able to offers its customer base.
